Return Period & Eligibility

You have 35 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
2.  It must be in its original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
3. A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at service@kiddogo.store before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each order before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at service@kiddogo.store. Our team will quickly assess the issue and provide a resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health, safety, or customization reasons, including:

Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and initiating a return for the original purchase. Once we receive and approve your return, you will be refunded accordingly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
